Buying containers for pretty much everything you want to store would help you to maintain an orderly look to the storage shed, too. For example, if you are going to store Christmas decorations, consider storing them in red plastic containers so they'll be easy to spot when the holidays arrive. Think about buying flat, rectangular plastic containers to hold things like off-season clothes. You can keep the clothes on hangers, gently place them in the flat container with tissue paper between each item of clothing and then, when you're ready to bring them out, you can give them a shake and they'll be ready to go right into your closet.
